Alaka'i Medical Family Therapy partners with select insurance providers as an in-network provider. For insurance plans in which I am considered out-of-network, I am happy to provide comprehensive superbills that may be submitted for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to better understand your out-of-network behavioral health benefits and reimbursement eligibility.

This partnership allows for streamlined billing and predictable co-payments, ensuring your sessions remain the primary focus of our work together.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement through your provider. Navigating insurance claims can be complex, so I strive to make this documentation as clear and supportive as possible. For private pay or out-of-pocket sessions, please contact me directly for a current fee schedule.

I am out-of-network with most insurance. I do provide monthly superbills for PPO reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of each session. For your convenience, Zelle and Venmo are accepted.

Billing Policy

Fees, Cancellation & Financial Policy

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
No-Shows: Missing a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session rate being charged to your account.
Payment Expectations: All professional fees are due at the time of service and are processed securely through our practice management system.
